So May has come to an end and while I was crunching the trailer data and I noticed something odd, I saw a several movies this month that had zero trailers. I got to thinking about it and I can’t figure out why the theater or the studio for that matter didn’t throw a trailer or two on there. Doesn’t it make sense that in a time when box office sales are down that you would take every opportunity to make audiences aware of your movie(s) that you can? I mean, there I was watching the Iron Man 2 sneak preview, probably one of the bigger movies of the summer and the lights go down, and boom… the movie starts. No Trailers. Come on! Sold out theater, and you show nothing… you have nothing of interest for a theater full of eager movie goers?! Psssht, not cool.
So here is the rundown on the month.
